Product Description

The focal of this design is a wonderful cameo with grapes nymph Czech glass button. I have surrounded the button with shades of bronze, brown and antique gold.  I have added dangles of vintage dagger beads and copper discs to finish the pendant.  The pendant backing is Ultrasuede.  The 18 inch necklace is hand woven by me from fabric ribbon and is finished off with peyote stitch end caps. Pendant measures 3 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches.

The button is a gorgeous focal for the pendant.  It was made in the Czech Republic, using vintage molds and then painted by hand.  I love to use the Czech buttons as focals because the quality, designs and the richness of the colors are second to none.

Seven years ago, when I was looking for a creative outlet and unique jewelry to wear, I turned to beading. I discovered the variety of colors and types of beads and the technique used to create jewelry truly make beading an art form.

Seed beads are my glue. I love the meditative process of using off loom stitches to weave together beautiful jewelry. Even more of a joy is to find the right beads and deciding how to create unique pieces for you!Sue new pic
